We didn't start in a boardroom. We started by helping a family appliance repair business. We quickly discovered they managed everything using pen and paper—and it was total chaos. Parts unreturned for years sat rusting in vans, while critical items were completely missing. This mismanagement was costing thousands of dollars.
As we began building a solution for field technicians, an introduction changed everything. We connected with the Director of Facility Maintenance for a massive hospital responsible for 16 buildings. They were experiencing the exact same inventory nightmares, but on a massive, centralized scale.
He immediately asked to be our first beta customer. We hard-pivoted our engineering away from individual van tracking to a corporate environment where all staff seamlessly access and pull from a unified stockroom. That pivot became Facility PartsTracker Pro. Today, it is our absolute passion to solve the myriad of inventory issues plaguing Hospitals, Universities, Government, and Corporate facilities.
